for photocards: card sleeve > toploader > cardstock > outer sleeve > envelope all sealed with washi tape + clear tape on envelope only to protect address from weatherfor larger items or multiple photocards: card sleeve > toploader or cardboard > bubble wrap > cardboard box or bubble mailerproof/condition videos, packaging photo, address checks, proof of mailing (video of mailbox for stamped or lodgment receipt+tracking) will always be sent, I expect the same from you tooI do not write usernames on the envelope
